Well we lost again last night. The Appeals Board is 5 judges, and to win an appeal it has to be 4-1. We got 3-2. So we lost. There is a chance we could have another appeal, but it would be hundreds of dollars and it would be great to hear from some of you if you think this is worth our time and money. There is another appeals hearing today, this time challenging Jack Spades building permits. So a friend of Eileen’s was having her second wedding and we were invited. It was in LA, and we are always happy to have an excuse to go there and visit friends and try to get a record contract.
