Hello. This is Dav. Chicken is out on the delta without the wonder of modern communications, so he tied a message to a pigeon, stuffed it in a bottle and floated it down the river to me. Here is the message:

An evening with alternating courses of entertainment and food at Chez Poullet.
 
Dinner orchestrated by Nieves Rathbun, show cooked up by Carla Kihlstedt
 
The Show will feature Matthias Bossi and Carla Kihlstedt (with special guests Momo Io and Dana Iova Koga). All of these performers are amazing. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see them in such an intimate setting.
 
 
The food, cooked up by Nieves Rathbun, will be full of delicious, organic, summer delicacies.

and Summer Vegetables Au Gratin

Dessert

Peaches and Cream
Seared Peach on a cloud of Cream
and a few Raspberries for good measure
